A bay window consists of one main window flanked by two smaller windows. Bay windows are designed to create space by extending beyond the exterior wall of your room.
A bow window is a curved bay window but doesn’t usually extend as far out of the room as a bay window. Bow windows can have multiple configurations of panels, usually ranging from 3 to 5 with various opening styles.
