I have been meaning to write to you for the past week to express my sheer delight with our new windows. As you know my husband had reservations about replacing the old timber sash windows with new PVC sash windows, he was very worried that they would not look authentic, however they are so authentic looking that most people do not relaise they are PVC. The fact that the windows can be opened in makes cleaning so easy.
